Our name comes from the French word for "tide" - a nod to a menu that changes with the seasons,
from Smoked Salmon Benedict in the morning to Market Fish Crudo and Japanese A5 Wagyu Brisket at night.
We're passionate about coffee and serve specialty coffee from the moment we open.
